Hello to all:
I am a native Utahan, born and raised here. I was fortunate enough to have spent 13 years in the east, Washington, DC and Virginia, where I did my medical training and loved it. Returned home to Utah once again to be with family and raise our children as I believe family comes first.
Myself, I like to golf, target shoot, occasionally a little fishing, a little hunting, hiking, lots of walks and talks, reading and learning new things. Enjoy musicals, romantic movies and theatre (occasionally). Have not traveled much because was I was a workaholic in the healthcare industry for 44 years. Therefore, would like to begin this new life and all these new adventures and share them with a companion while holding hands. I am a romantic at heart.
I have come to the conclusion in my 71 years that the only sure thing in life is change. That change is inevitable, it is how we grow. Patience is a virtue. Listening is more important than talking. Also that when you rest you rust.
I am LDS and attend frequently. Love the gospel but at times not the culture so much. I am very nonjudgmental.

Not a single human being is perfect. Hence I am not expecting perfection. The past is water under the bridge but the present and future are most important and how to live in them. I am expecting to find an imperfect companion just as I am. One who is striving to do and become the best that she can become and be satisfied with that. I would prefer she be gregarious, optimistic, inquisitive, adventurous, who will always put family first. I want a very down to earth domestically inclined woman, yet takes pride in her appearance, be it casual, formal or somewhere in between (love manicured fingers and toes). I would like a companion who knows how to communicate, compromise, is a hugger and cuddlier and likes be be shown affection and is spontaneous.
