I Would Describe Myself As

I have a very diverse life and I’m grateful for that blessing. I’m Native American and Hawaiian. I appreciate both tradition and progress, I see that in the Church as well and embrace that. I like being a simple person who values art and culture. I was raised a hick and love that. I served my mission in Washington DC and NYC and enjoy the adventure that urban settings possess. I have traveled the world and am fascinated by both the similarities of people and the differences of culture. I want to be outside, and hike and raft as often as I can. I also like theater and dancing. Finally and most important, being a father has been my most important calling and my kids are the most challenging, meaningful, and wonderful part of my life.
