I like being outside in the beautiful St. George weather. When the sun is on my face I love running around, jumping on the tramp, or playing basketball or freeze tag with my nieces and nephews. Performing music with a local group like a vocal/instrumental jazz jam celebration is fun for me. Acting in a local community musical can be a great way for me to have fun as well. What do you think we could do for fun together? Maybe we'll see a play or splurge at a local restaurant. Maybe we'll go on a trip together, watch a movie, go hiking, or play pickleball!

Through my work as a speech pathologist I have the privilege of seeing various clients make improvements that have a major effect on their ability to navigate life. My heart sings when I see a client make progress. I also teach yoga as a hobby. It helps me stay in shape and get connected to my body. Yoga is a way to stay healthy, flexible, and grounded. Now I'd love to hear all about you!
