I lost my wife and best friend to cancer in April 2021. She was the social butterfly and now I have to grow my own wings. I am interested in expanding my circle of friends to share life with as I continue to heal from my loss.
I enjoy visiting with family, music (listening and playing), good food and travel. I enjoy good movies, TV shows and documentaries, but I don't like going to the movies (I have a good surround sound system and enjoy movies more at home. The food is better, nobody is talking behind me and I can pause or rewind). I like to work on things around the house. I'm very analytical, I enjoy solving problems and I could be mistaken for a nerd :).
I'm generous with my time and talents and I enjoy making others happy. My sense of humor can be different, but it is contagious. I'm not that competitive, except with myself, so I can be a perfectionist at times. I find making a positive difference in whatever I’m doing very fulfilling.
I enjoy being around people who are kind, generous, have a good sense of humor and are good communicators. It's nice to have friends that share my interests, but it is also fun and interesting to discover new things too.
I have a firm testimony of the Gospel. It has blessed my life and made me a better man. I have learned that, though they aren't enjoyable, trials make me better. I always get more than I give when I serve. I currently serve as a Temple Worker in the Los Angeles Temple.
