I grew up in a nice little suburb of Los Angeles, served a mission, attended college (B.S. Computer Science & MBA), married, raised 2 wonderful children, worked for 26 years managing software development (in California, Colorado and 1 year in Paris!), earned a PhD in Educational Technology, came back to the university for 14 years, and retired at the end of May 2021. Our family has been fortunate to travel quite a bit over the years, but retired life plans were interrupted last Christmas when my wife of 42 years suddenly felt pain, entered the hospital and passed away the following morning. Kauai (our favorite vacation spot) will never be the same. So this is my year of major change. I regularly visit New Hampshire, enjoying time with my daughter, son-in-law, and only (but always the cutest) granddaughter. There’s so much more to share, which can happen with mutual interest. I'm looking to share friendships with interesting life learning experiences and perhaps find new ones together.
