J'ai toujours voulu essayer

Saw a cooking program on tv, on seafood, which I'm very fond of. Was in US, a restaurant near a wharf where fresh fish of all types would be brought in by local fisherman, including crayfish & crabs. This restaurant specialised in crabs & crays, the tables were covered with newspaper as table cloths, fresh loaves of bread & butter adorned the table with bread knives & cray shell crushers. You could eat as much cray or crabs as you wanted, along with fresh bread & butter, plus drinks of all kind's, this is on my "wish-list" for my next visit to the USA?
