A great day begins with a good workout. My soul comes to life when sea urchins surface from beneath a tide pool and when the campfire reduces to high simmer next to my tent. If my Yellow Labrador shared more than 8" of the bed, if my mop of curls cooperated (or not) or if a sunset is shared with a love it's a bonus.
I respect peace, happiness, good conversation, a big smile, a disciplined mind, a brilliant author, an old love song and brutal honesty. Traveling, sharing, Saturday markets, vegetable gardens, hot homemade bread, fried walleye with Cajun seasoning, sharp cheese and lime popsicles rock.
I have two grown to die for kids, their spouses and 9 awesome grandkids living in Alpine and Pleasant Grove, Utah. I have a thriving private psychotherapy practice in Richland, Washington. Part of that practice includes Hygge, an AKC Licensed Therapy Labrador Retriever in Training who happily helps me greet and care for patients of all ages. But, most Important of all, I love my Heavenly Father and being close to Him. My testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ is mountain size and growing.
