I choose lofty goals, but I accomplish them. I try to live deliberately- to balance pragmatism with idealism (thought and action)- practicing the principle of sacrifice for others, and the paradox of losing the “self” to find the best version of the “self.” I have always felt deeply disposed to the renaissance mindset. I know my perfect match will not be a perfect person, but she will likely be my perfect opposite. That’s ideal, since our minds desire infinite learning, we will love discovering the complexities about each other.
I highly value all forms of human connection: intellectual, emotional, spiritual, AND physical. Physical touch is as important to me as connecting through conversation and other means. I value being comfortable communicating our desires, no matter how taboo - (remaining respectful of each other, of course) so that we can cultivate a safe emotional environment and also find new ways to make each other feel good on a daily basis.
