I love diving deep in conversation and can talk for hours with the right person. I like understanding things and will research anything I'm interested in. I love researching and understanding more about the scriptures. I feel there is so much to learn. I am all about self-actualizing and improving who we are. It is so hard to form new habits that I can't say I have gotten that part down yet! I, too, am a work in progress. I am an introvert and need "me time" to refuel. If I don't get it, it definitely starts to show until I can replenish. One quirky thing about me is that I'm an avid Georgia Bulldogs football fan and my personality changes while watching them play. I do watch the Super Bowl - great reason for a party - but I'm not much of a "Pro's" fan. I am a contemporary jazz fan and my favorite performer is Brian Culbertson. I have been to several of his concerts and try to see him whenever and wherever I can. I have seen others from the jazz scene as well. That falls into my desire to go places and do things. I want to travel all over the USA. I am sort of a history fan and would love to go see some sites I've never had a chance to see. I have lived mostly in the southeast; however, have lived a number of other places as well.

I am looking for someone I can hold a good conversation with, obviously. I want someone I can trust, who respects me and who is a gentleman and knows chivalrous etiquette. I like to dance so if I have a partner that likes to and can dance, that would be awesome! I want someone who understands respect and honor and how to be a Godly man. I was raised 3 years in Japan and those folks understand honor! It rubbed off on me and I'm not your typical American.

I am looking for a good friend first and then may consider a relationship. Unfortunately, this isn't my first rodeo, so I'm a bit more cautious now. I hope it's understandable.
