I Would Describe Myself As

I’m fun and optimistic and looking for someone to share in adventures and good times. I’m independent, creative, and have always loved trying new things. (Apparently, “new things” includes being single again.)

I have two adult children, a daughter who is married and a son in college, and a 15 year old son who I have most of the time. They are amazing humans and I’m so incredibly blessed to be their mom.

I love music, art, going to shows and concerts, and finding levity in life. Traveling has always been a favorite thing to do and it’s been pushed to the back burner to raise my kids, but I’m looking forward to more. Sand between my toes and soaking up the sun are my ideas of the best day.

I’ve grown a lot in the last few years and I’m acutely aware of the energy around me and I work hard to see things at face value. I’m not sure those things go together, but they’re all true. Spirit of the law > letter of the law and people > policy. I am a champion of the human spirit and why people do things is more important to me than what they’re doing. I’m all about leaning into the joy *and the sorrow, doing the work, and owning my own shtuff. If these ideas seem wonky to you, scroll on and I wish you well.
