I love home. I love my people. I love my Savior.
I'm not currently looking for a romantic relationship. I am coming out of a long-term relationship and need some time to just find my way, have fun, hike, swim đââïž, play games, laugh.
It seems crazy hard to me to find someone to hike with. By hike, I mean walk in the woods. It's more fun and safer doing it with someone.
My beliefs are very important to me. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am incredibly grateful for the knowledge and testimony I have of my Savior, Jesus Christ.
A little more about me: I'm from Alaska, born & raised. I moved to Washington in 2000. My kids and grands are here, so I don't plan on leaving, but traveling and exploring are def on my to-do list. And, roadtrips can be a blast if you're with the right person. I love learning. If I could go to school for a living, I would. I listen to a lot of audio books, from so many different genres, mostly while at work, driving đ, or working around the house. I am a newby to yoga đ§ââïž but am loving it!
I used to love cooking, and am hoping to find my groove in it again. I've started my first garden this summer and ate my very own homegrown basil today. So fun! If eating basil can be fun, it was. Don't judge me. đ
And, what am I looking for in a man? Well, as I said, a hiking-buddy-type person right now. A friend. A man who loves and actively strives to emulate his Savior. Since none of us are perfect, I add the following: kind, honest, true, serious when he needs to be, fun-loving, a hard worker (not a work-aholic, but able, willing & wanting to take care of his family). A man who takes pride in doing a good job. Generous. Loving. Able to be vulnerable. Healthy communicator. Has healthy boundaries and happily respects mine. Willing to learn and grow. Loves the temple! That's not to much, is it?? đ€Żđ
