I'm a spicy little drop of heaven, love life, beaches and church.

Ok that description came from my friend...

I am VERY new to this. My friends say I need a little shove so here I go.

The most important thing in my life is my son. He's currently serving a mission and I pretty much live for Mondays when I get his emails. I was a stay home mom for the last 18 years but now I'm starting a new chapter in my life. I work in a clerical position in the seafood industry but probably spend 50% of the time outside and I love it, even if the hours are a little crazy.

I love to laugh and make others laugh, sometimes with a touch of sarcasm but I am never mean. I'm very loving, compassionate and a really good listener. I'm patient and a little bit of a perfectionist (but it usually only affects me...lol)

I love the outdoors. The beach is my happy place...feeling the sun on my face, toes in the sand and the surf crashing against the rocks is my absolute favorite thing. I love hiking in the mountains. In the fall, one of my favorite pastimes is to go mushroom picking. Chanterelles are wonderful! ;) I love the simple things. Homemade popcorn, couch and a movie is always a good with me.

I love to make things beautiful. I love to cook good food. Watching things grow makes me happy and I don't think there is anything better than a big colorful salad that came from my own garden. I love music. I love animals of all kinds. (Except spiders....I don't do spiders) I love everything Disney...Walt, Disneyland and Disney movies. (I am a really low maintenance kind of woman unless I'm at at Disneyland, then I am a princess) I love to dance and have always wanted to learn ballroom and Latin dance. I love to dress up and be silly for Halloween. I love to travel but have never been outside the US. I've always dreamed of seeing the world.

I love my family and spend time with them whenever I can. I have been so blessed to have a big supportive family. I am the only girl and oldest of four brothers who are my best friends.

I love the gospel and have a firm testimony of it's truthfulness. I am overwhelmed with the constant affirmation of Heavenly Father's love for me. I have no idea what my future holds but I have faith that he has a plan for me.
