I am a kind, gentle person who enjoys helping other people. I love to go to the gym, but I certainly have an imperfect body. I am not skinny. If I were to describe my body in a nutshell, I would say athletic, bigger boned, with extra weight. I tried to stay active and eat healthy 70% of the time. Balance!
